Opened in July 2008, the apartments have kitchen-diner/American kitchen, fully equipped, double bed or twin bed, bathroom and sofa bed. The six apartments are outward-facing.
A country décor, with predominance of wood and wrought-iron, the apartments have biomass and hot water heating combined with the system of solar panels.
